Facility Use

Our district is proud to offer the use of our facilities for school-sponsored programs, community events, youth sports, meetings, and educational activities through FMX Facilities Management.  Use of district facilities is established by Board Policy 7510.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Review district facility rental policies – WLSD Fac. Terms & Conditions.

  2. Ensure your organization has up-to-date liability insurance.

  3. Submit a facility request through Woodridge’s online reservation system – FMX.
    or if you are new to FMX, create a Woodridge FMX account.

  4. Await approval and confirmation 

Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event to ensure staffing and building support.

Important Reminders

  • School events take priority.

  • Insurance documentation is required.

  • Custodial coverage may be required and fees may apply

  • Some spaces may have additional guidelines or restrictions
