Facility Use
Our district is proud to offer the use of our facilities for school-sponsored programs, community events, youth sports, meetings, and educational activities through FMX Facilities Management. Use of district facilities is established by Board Policy 7510.
How to Submit a Request

Review district facility rental policies – WLSD Fac. Terms & Conditions.

Ensure your organization has up-to-date liability insurance.

Submit a facility request through Woodridge’s online reservation system – FMX.
or if you are new to FMX, create a Woodridge FMX account. -
Await approval and confirmation
Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event to ensure staffing and building support.
Important Reminders

School events take priority.

Insurance documentation is required.

Custodial coverage may be required and fees may apply

Some spaces may have additional guidelines or restrictions
