Woodridge Tech Team

The Woodridge Technology Department supports the technology needs of ~2,500  students, faculty and staff throughout the district.  We have a robust infrastructure powered by Microsoft, Cisco, Google and many additional enterprise grade technologies.

Vendors - At the present time we are not soliciting additional vendors.

Chromebooks - The district provides each K-12 student with a Chromebook (or appropriate device).
Students in grades K-6 have access to Chromebooks in carts.  Those in grades 7-12 should bring their charged school issued Chromebook to school daily.

Replacement Chromebook Chargers
Replacement chargers for use with district Chromebooks should be a 45W USB-C Charger USB-C 45W.  

Chromebook Repairs & Loaners - Same day & long-term loaner Chromebooks are available when student forgets a device or one in need of repair.

Staff – Technology Help Desk

We use an email based help desk (Spiceworks) to coordinate non-urgent, level 1 requests for tech support.  Once a ticket as been created, all ticket updates are done via email.  We've resolved 15,000+ technology help desk tickets using this method since 9/2006!

To create a ticket, send an email to:

Please include the following when submitting a ticket:

- Email subject line - building, room number and brief description of problem (Vague/missing descriptions may slow down resolution times.)
- Email body should include: specific details of problem, printer model, etc.
