Individualized Education Program
The Individualized Education Program (IEP) is an important legal document developed for each public school child eligible for special education. Created collaboratively by a team that includes parents and educators, it spells out a student's unique learning needs, the services the school will provide, and how progress will be measured. The IEP is reviewed periodically to ensure the student's ongoing success.
